Today, the men's cadet handball team of Macedonia suffered defeat by Germany with 25:19 within the second round of the M18 European Championship in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Our hopes from the start of the first half maintained a positive one-goal difference (2:1, 4:3, 6:5), but at the break Germany was the team that went to the break with an advantage of 10:9.

At the beginning of the second half, we only managed to reduce the score to 11:10, and then the German team played much better and gradually increased the lead, making a series of three goals in a row for 14:10.

And a little later, the opponent reached "plus six" (20:14), and then to the highest "plus seven" (22:15). Until the end of the match, Germany routinely maintained the lead and the victory came.

The most effective in our selection was Samoil Ristevski with 11 goals, Petar Ilievski scored five.

Within group "B", Macedonia has one more match left, in the third round on August 10, the opponent is the Polish national team.
