Radoicic gave a statement to the police about the events in the village of Banjska

The former vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radoicic, who took responsibility for the attack on the Kosovo police, responded today to the invitation of the institutions of Serbia and in his capacity as a citizen gave a statement about the circumstances of the attack in the village of Banjska last weekend.
This was announced today by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia, pointing out that the statement that Radoicic gave in the presence of his lawyer will be reported to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, which will take further measures.
For now, it is unclear whether and for which crime he could be charged under the legislation of Serbia.
After official Pristina accused him of participating and organizing the attack on the Kosovo police, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that Radoicic is in Serbia and will be questioned.
Radoicic is in Serbia and will be interrogated, says Vucic, following accusations that the vice-president of the Serbian List participated in the attack in Banjska
Radoicic, who has since resigned as vice president of Srpska lista, the largest Serbian party in Kosovo that enjoys support from Belgrade, admitted through his lawyer that he organized and participated in the attack in the village of Banjska.
