Shooting in Sweden, three teenagers injured

At least three people were wounded in the shooting in the Swedish city of Södertelje. The police and emergency services are at the scene of the shooting, and there is no information on whether the attacker has been arrested, the world's news agencies report.

As the media reports, a large police operation is underway due to the shooting in the Swedish city of Södertelje, south of Stockholm, the public Swedish service SVT reports.

Three people were injured and they are teenagers, and SVT learned that the injured were born in 2006 and 2007. One of them was seriously injured, and all were taken to the hospital.

The police are on the ground, conducting an investigation and talking to eyewitnesses, and in the meantime, a preliminary investigation has been launched into attempted murder and serious criminal possession of a weapon.

A wave of violence swept Sweden a year ago, and it is assumed that it is about dealing with criminal gangs, reports RTS.
