(19) from the village of Dolno Kolicani reported to SVR Skopje that on the same day at around 13:40 p.m. in Dolno Kolicani, while there was a party in the middle of the village, he was insulted for a parking space by B.J., who then hit another parked vehicle with the Audi passenger vehicle he was driving. According to the complainant, after a short time, O.J. came to the tea house where he was. with another person who introduced himself as police officer H.A. and asked the complainant to explain what happened, and when E.B. began to explain, B.J. he fired several bullets into the air from a gun.
