Jason Alexander (40), the singer's first husband Britney Spears, was convicted of trespassing, after he showed up uninvited at the singer's wedding in June, he writes The Independent.

As it conveys The BBC, Alexander pleaded guilty, and the judge sentenced him to 128 days in prison.

He was stopped by security when he jumped through a gate to storm the wedding of Britney Spears and her long-term partner Sam Ashgari.

Her former bodyguard testified in court and revealed that Alexander tried to open her bedroom door while Britney was in it, but it was locked.

To recall, Alexander spent only 55 hours in his marriage with Spears, who was his childhood friend, after the marriage was annulled in 2004.

The singer married Ashgari in a private ceremony at her home in the county Ventura, California, on June 9th.
