Prof. Vancho Gjorgjiev appointed president of the Commission for Historical Issues with Bulgaria

In a closed session, the government appointed Vancho Gjorgjiev, a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, as the president of the Commission for Historical Issues with Bulgaria.

The media announced this afternoon that the members of the Commission are Dr. Aleksandar Litovski, research associate at the Institute of National History in Skopje, Dr. Mitko Panov, scientific advisor at the Institute of National History in Skopje, Dr. Nikola Minov, associate professor of The Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje at UKIM - Skopje, Assoc. Dr. Sašo Dodevski, titular assistant professor elected at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, Dr. Besnik Emini, senior research associate at the Institute for Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Albanians - Skopje and Dr. Dimitar Ljorovski, scientific advisor at the Institute of National History in Skopje

Prof. Gjorgiev replaces Draghi Gjorgiev, who headed the historical commission for several years.
