The trial of the "Software" case continues
In the Basic Criminal Court of Skopje, the "Software" trial continued today, in which the former Secretary General of the Government, Dragi Rashkovski, together with six other people are charged with the illegal procurement of software.
At today's hearing, the prosecution continued with the presentation of evidence in which it explained part of the communication between the defendants that refers to the purchase of the software, and began with the questioning of the witness Aleksandar Pejchinovski.
At today's hearing, the Ombudsman also requested a property claim from the defendants in the amount of 18 denars.
The trial for the "Software" case is in evidentiary proceedings and is led by judge Fanka Janchuleva Mihailovska, and the representative of the prosecution is Ivana Trajchevska.
According to the indictment, Rashkovski is charged with the crimes of "Abuse of official position and authority" and "Laundering of money and other proceeds from a criminal offense." Persons I.D., I.H., D.S., I.I., I.I. and M.S. are accused of "Abuse of official position and authority" by the Criminal Code.
