 Police officers from Skopje yesterday detained a 24-year-old driver for causing a fatal traffic accident.

As the Ministry of Interior confirms, yesterday at 18.54:24 p.m., the SVR Skopje was reported to have a traffic accident on Aco Shopov Street in Skopje between a Fiat Panda passenger vehicle with Skopje license plates, driven by B.R. (2008) from the village of Buković, Skopje, a Peugeot 52 passenger vehicle with Skopje license plates, driven by S.A. (34) from Skopje, and a Suzuki motorcycle with Skopje license plates, driven by A.J. (XNUMX) from Skopje.

-In the accident, the motorcyclist A.J. suffered serious injuries, which were diagnosed at the City General Hospital "8 September", after which he was transferred to the Complex of Clinics "Mother Teresa", where he later died. A doctor confirmed death, and on the instructions of the public prosecutor, the body of the deceased was sent for autopsy. The driver B.R. suffered injuries, which were diagnosed at the City General Hospital "St. Naum Ohridski" Skopje and after the assistance provided at 01.00 in the area of ​​Centar, he was deprived of his liberty and after a full investigation and documentation of the case, a report will be filed under urgent procedure. An inspection was carried out by a competent prosecutor from the Public Prosecutor's Office Skopje and an inspection team from the Internal Security Service Skopje, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement.
