- At the Star Dojran border crossing, yesterday at noon, police officers from the Star Dojran Border Crossing Police Station deprived of liberty M.K. (47) from the Republic of Serbia, who was transporting 20 migrants with a truck.

As stated in the announcement from the Ministry of the Interior, the police in cooperation with customs officials carried out a control in the cargo vehicle "Daf" with a semi-trailer with Serbian national markings, which was driven by a citizen of Serbia, during which 20 migrants from Syria were found.

- The person was detained at the police station, and the migrants were taken to a reception-transit center for further processing. The Public Prosecutor was informed about the event and after fully documenting the case, an appropriate report will be submitted, according to the announcement from the Ministry of the Interior.
