Prince Archie and Princess Lilibeth: Meghan and Harry's children have inherited their parents' royal titles
The three-year-old Archie и Lilibet, who turned one year old, received the titles that follow as heirs to the British royal line - Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and they will henceforth be called "Prince" and "Princess". Archie is sixth in line to the throne and Lilibeth seventh. Meghan and Harry's children were previously addressed as Master Archie Montbatten-Windsor and Miss Lilibeth Montbatten-Windsor.
The rules governing the titles of royal children were laid down by King George V, Queen Elizabeth's grandfather, in 1917.

Archie and Lilibeth were not prince and princess at birth, as they were not grandchildren of the monarch, but they qualified for these titles when King Charles came to the throne.
