The President of South Korea has accepted an invitation from King Charles to visit London
South Korean President Yun Suk Yeol is expected to make an official visit to Britain next month, accepting an invitation from King Charles, Buckingham Palace announced.
President Yun will visit London accompanied by his wife Kim Kun-hee.
For King Charles III, it will be the second reception of a head of state since his accession to the British throne. The first was by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa in November last year.
The British monarch met President Yun at a reception ahead of Queen Elizabeth's funeral in September 2022.
