The Titanic 2 case submitted to the Court of Appeal

The case "Titanic 2" was submitted to the Court of Appeal yesterday for competent action, the Basic Criminal Court Skopje informs.

Due to the interest of the media and non-governmental organizations that follow the work of the court, we inform the public that the case with KOK no. 7/20 from the Prosecutor's Office marked as "Titanic 2" on March 20.03.2023, XNUMX was submitted to the Skopje Court of Appeal for competent processing. Namely, after receiving complaints from the accused M.T. and his lawyer, as well as a notification from the competent Public Prosecutor that he will not file additional appeals, the case has been completed, all established deadlines have been met and it has been submitted for further second-degree proceedings, the Basic Criminal Court Skopje informs.

They add that in this case, Appellate has already acted once, and according to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code, it should now make a meritorious decision after the complaints received.
