Suggestion for today's lunch: Rolls with turkey in sauce

Ingredients :

FOR ROLLERS:

- 400 g turkey steak

- 250 g of mozzarella

- 200 g of pechenitsa

- salt

- Garlic in granules

ABOUT THE SAUCE:

- 100 g canned mushrooms

- 50 g sour cream

- 200 ml of sour cream for cooking

- 5 g of dried parsley

- salt

Пpreparation:

Cut the meat into steaks and beat with a kitchen hammer to thin. Season with salt and garlic in granules. Then arrange the pechenitsa, then the mozzarella, which are cut into thin sheets and wrap in rolls.

Put the rolls prepared in this way in aluminum foil and wrap them well. Fry them together with the foil, in a bowl with a large amount of oil. Whip the sour cream. Add the liquid sour cream, mix and season with parsley.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan with oil, season with salt if necessary. Add the sour cream mixture and after frying for two minutes, set the pan aside.

Serve first the sauce, then a meat roll, which you have previously taken out of the foil.
