QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Should same-sex marriages be legalized in Macedonia?

Free Press conducted a poll of its readers on the question last week "Should same-sex marriages be legalized in Macedonia?".

Most of those surveyed, or 59,72 percent, declared that same-sex marriages should not be legalized, while 38,96 percent answered that they should be legalized. Only 1,33 percent do not know whether same-sex marriages should be legalized in the country.

Greece recently legalized same-sex marriage, joining several other EU member states that have already done so.
