The President of the Assembly Talat Xhaferi tonight he gave a half-hour break at the session at which the election of the new government is being discussed and called on the coordinators to coordinate the final part of the session, after which the government should be voted on.

- I am giving a break of half an hour and I am calling the coordinators of the parliamentary groups for consultations for the last round of four speakers, in order to close the cycle of speakers and closing remarks of the prime minister. With that, after the break, let's close the discussion on the relevant issue. We continue at 21:45, Xhaferi said.

In today's part of the debate, as well as yesterday, the opposition MPs pointed out that the new government will only continue after the unsuccessful rates of the previous one, which were followed by corruption, crime and scandals. It has no legitimacy and new elections are needed. The MPs from the government believe that the previous government has coped very well with the challenges so far, and they expect even more work from the new one in the interest of the citizens and the state.

Parliamentary debate on electing a new government began yesterday. The debate can last for a maximum of two days, and the election of the government is voted on after its completion, ie no later than midnight tonight. The Government is elected if the majority of the total number of Representatives in the Assembly votes for it.
