The current director of Debar General Hospital, Sevdije Kodza, will be dismissed because she had a forged English language certificate from the legal entity "Julia Tso. LTD" from Plovdiv Bulgaria, sources from the Ministry of Health, close to the Minister of Health, confirm for "Free Press". They were waiting for him to return from the trip so that the process could be completed and a candidate could be found who would be a suitable replacement for the director.

Otherwise, she was sentenced to a suspended sentence, which will not be carried out if she does not commit a new crime for 4 years.

These were the final words of the director of the Debar hospital, Sevdije Kodza, which she gave in court when she pleaded guilty that in order to become a director she submitted a forged diploma for alleged knowledge of the English language for the TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a foreign language), issued by the legal entity Julia Co. LTD from Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The verdict that she is guilty of falsifying a document was passed on October 4 of this year.

On the same day, on October 4, together with the director of the Debar hospital, another former director of a school in the Skopje settlement Drachevo (T.K.) pleaded guilty to forging the same certificate in English.

Such forged certificates are the subject of great public interest these days. The two convicted directors are not the only ones who had a certificate of English proficiency on which appeared the name of the legal entity Julia Co. LTD.

The director of the National Security Agency, Bojan Hristovski, when he applied for the selection of an assistant at the Faculty of Security, also submitted a diploma for passing the TOEFL from the legal entity Julia Co. LTD. It has not been checked whether it is the same company from Plovdiv or a different one.

From the verdict of the two female directors reached by "Sloboden Pechat", it is evident that the court did not deal with how the certificates of two different female directors in two different cities of Skopje and Debar were forged by misusing the name of a company hundreds of miles away. kilometers from Macedonia, in neighboring Bulgaria. Is there a network in Macedonia for issuing such fake TOEFL certificates in order for named persons to formally and legally satisfy the legal obligation to submit a certificate of knowledge of the English language, is a question to which this judgment does not provide an answer. However, reports with the name of "Julia" Co. are becoming more frequent. LTD Plovdiv, Bulgaria for certificates with directors from different cities in Macedonia, and unofficially we learn that another report has been submitted to the Prosecutor's Office these days to examine the English degree of this legal entity, with a completely third female director.

The two directors of the hospital in Debar and of the school in Drachevo, after pleading guilty, were sentenced to 2 years of probation.

In the period from 28.12.2022 to 18.01.2023 in Skopje, the accused T.K. she used as a real fake document - a certificate of English language proficiency from the language school "Julia" CO. LTD from Plovdiv Bulgaria, and ETS TOEFL iBT test taker score report from 03.12.2022, although such documents were not issued, in a way that she first translated them with an authorized court translator, and then used them as proof that she has knowledge of the English language and she has a TOEFL iBT certificate when she applied for a public announcement for the selection of a principal of a primary school in Drachevo from 28.12.2022, which was one of the conditions for the selection of the advertisement, after which she was appointed as a principal by decision of 18.01.2023 .

As for the other director of the Debar hospital, the verdict states that she was declared guilty with a plea of ​​guilty because on 14.07.2023 she used a certificate of English language proficiency from the JULIJA CO language school as a real false document. LTD from Plovdiv, Bulgaria and ETS TOEFL iBT test taker score report from 26.11.2022, although such documents were not issued, in such a way that as proof that she has knowledge of the English language and possesses a TOEFL iBT certificate, she used them during her application to the Appointment Contest of the director of the Debar General Hospital with expanded activities from 29.06.2023, which was one of the conditions for the selection of the competition, after which she was appointed as director by decision of the Ministry of Health from 11.09.2023.

With the above actions, the two female directors committed one criminal act of document forgery.

The court took away their certificates of knowledge of the English language, which were false, because they are items that resulted from the commission of a crime.

Sevdije Kodza admitted in court that her fake certificate in English is from the "Julia" school, from which the director of ANB Bojan Hristovski also has a certificate.
