The Ministry of Interior yesterday continued with the intensified action controls in the field of traffic.

A total of 141 measures were imposed on the territory of the city of Skopje, including 32 sanctions for driving more than the allowed speed, 26 measures for driving without a driver's license, two measures for passing vehicles at a red light, two measures for offenses involving pedestrians, two for driving under the influence of alcohol, seven measures for technically defective and unregistered vehicles, six measures for using a mobile phone, four measures for offenses committed by motorcyclists, 33 measures for illegal parking.

- Intensified action traffic controls continue. We appeal to the citizens to respect the traffic rules and regulations in order to increase the traffic safety and together to contribute to safer roads, informs the Ministry of Interior.
