Police and inspectors in control of six wastes in Karposh

Yesterday, police officers from the Economic and Computer Crime Unit and police officers from the SVR Skopje, in cooperation with inspectors from the State Market Inspectorate (DPI) and the State Environmental Inspectorate (DIŽS), carried out an action control of six legal entities - waste in the area of Karposh in Skopje.

Within the framework of the action control in four of the legal entities, it was established by the DPI that they did not have adequate documentation for keeping material records, and in one of them it was established by the DIŽS that it did not have a license to carry out the activity of storage and treatment of waste.

The Public Prosecutor will be notified of the detected irregularities by the police officers from the Economic and Computer Crime Unit, and appropriate sanctions will be imposed by the inspectorates.
