Prepare the most delicious winter pumpkin ice cream

Who said you don't eat ice cream in the winter? We have tried this recipe and heartily recommend it.

Enjoy all the scents of winter and your favorite dessert-ice cream, but this time from pumpkin. The recipe is prepared very simply.

Ingredients - one small pumpkin (about 500 grams), 3 bananas, a little cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom and nutmeg, a little water.

Prepare 

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut it into cubes and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes, and when it is completely soft, leave it to cool. Once it is cold, put it in the freezer. Also put the peeled bananas in the freezer. After 3-4 hours, take them out and you can make the ice cream. Put the pumpkin, bananas, spices and very little water in a blender or mixer bowl. When the mixture is combined, transfer it to a bowl and place in the freezer. Leave it in the freezer for another half an hour. Serve the ice cream, sprinkle with cinnamon (maybe a little honey) and enjoy the winter flavors and aromas.
