The great Christmas fast has begun: Recipe for lean Bolognese with zucchini

The Christmas fast that lasts 40 days has begun. During this period, we will offer you more excellent suggestions for the delicious satisfaction of the senses!

Ingredients:

– 2 zucchini
– ½ cup sun-dried tomato
– 1 fresh tomato
- 1 clove of chopped white garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1,3 cups of walnuts that have been soaked in water overnight
– 1,5 small teaspoons of dry parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
– 2 cloves of chives
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Cut the zucchini into pieces.

Put the dried tomato, the fresh tomato, a clove of chopped garlic, salt, pepper and a spoonful of olive oil in a bowl. Mix everything well in the sauce.

Put the walnuts, parsley, garlic, chives, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt in the blender again, and blend it all until you get a fine mixture. From this mixture, make meatballs that you will put on top of the spaghetti, and at the end pour over the tomato sauce.
