Radovan Miljanic, the famous actor from "Kursadzii" died
The longtime actor at the National Theater in Belgrade, Radovan Miljanic died suddenly on this day, at the age of 69 - the National Theater in Belgrade announced today, writes "Danas"
He was born in Pancevo, February 24, 1952.
He graduated in acting in 1979, at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in the class of Professor Predrag Bajчеetiќ, with the monodrama "The Story of Prince Mishkin", after Dostoevsky's "The Idiot". The play was performed in the Basement of Atelier 212.
The audience knows him for his numerous theatrical and film roles, especially the series "Kursadzii".
He rarely made statements to the media, and in an interview published almost two decades ago in the theatrical newspaper Ludus, when asked what a challenge meant to him after so many roles, he said:
"Something that means a different approach to the role, something I have not done before… I do not belong to those types of actors who are planning roles or have planned that they have to play a role."
She played her last role only a few days ago - in the play "Your Iron and Others", which was a great success on October 18 at the Russian International Theater Festival in Nizhny Novgorod.
