The singer of the cult rock band "Parni Valjak", Aki Rahimovski died today at the age of 67, confirmed his manager Damir Osredecki.

A photo of Aki has already appeared on the official Facebook profile of the group "Parni Valjak", with the last greeting with the verses:

"It simply came to our notice then
I will agree to everything
for little unity
da mogu zaspati ”

The manager made a statement:

"He got sick this morning and was immediately taken to a hospital in Novo Mesto. "I was told an hour ago that he had died, but we still do not know the cause of death," Osredecki told the media.

Aleksandar Rahimovski was born in Nis, but soon moved to Skopje. His father was a music teacher and at the age of seven he started studying at a music school for piano and singing.

As a teenager he was a member of several bands including the groups "Vacuum", "Blood Brothers" and "Thor" with which he performed at the festival in Zagreb in 1975. In cooperation with the manager Vladimir Mihaljek-Mih, they formed the first composition of "Parni roljak". He was one of the favorite music appearances in the former Yugoslav republics, and was present on the rock scene for decades. There were duets with our domestic stars, such as Kaliopi and Tose Proeski.

Eternal glory to him!
