Chicken drumsticks in garlic and white wine

It is not necessary to be skilled in the kitchen because it is enough to put everything in the baking tray, add lemon, a few cloves of garlic, spices as desired and indulge in the enjoyment of the smells that will spread from the oven.

- 6 chicken legs
- 1 head of garlic
– 1 large lime
- 1 tablespoon thyme or a few fresh leaves
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150 ml of white wine
- salt, pepper


Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Divide the chicken into pieces and peel a few cloves of garlic. Cut the lemon into circles. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and grease them.

Put the diggers in the baking dish, add the lemon, garlic and thyme. Pour the wine and bake for half an hour, but covered with foil or baking paper.

Remove the foil and bake for a few more minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until crispy.
