The five Bulgarian MPs, who announced yesterday that they were leaving the "There is such a people" party, submitted requests to leave the parliamentary group in the National Assembly.

Nikolai Radulov, Dejan Petkov, Ivo Atanasov, Svetlin Stojanov and Georgi Georgiev became independent MPs, Bulgarian media reported. The ITN parliamentary group now has 20 members in the Bulgarian Parliament.

Bulgarian media have reported that a national march in support of the government of Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev is being organized on Facebook, to be held in Sofia on June 22nd.

The reason is probably the turmoil in the country in recent days and the withdrawal of "There are such" from the ruling coalition. "The purpose of the event is to hold a peaceful march in support of the government of Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev. "All those who want to be part of the change should come to the National Assembly on 22.06.2022 at 18:30", write the organizers.
