The Serbian coach, Svetislav Pesic he pointed out that his country, despite winning the bronze at the Olympic Games, is on the way to experiencing a real collapse.

In an interview with the Croatian "Index", Pesic talked about many topics related to his life and basketball, but also warned that Serbia could experience a scenario like Croatia, which has not been successful in basketball lately. The Croatians do not record good results either at the club level or at the national team level.

"I am a person who often says what people don't want to hear. I have warned people in Serbia many times that we are well on our way to reaching Croatia. That means we could hit rock bottom, just like you. If things do not change, in the coming years they will have to be happy with the placement of the European and World Championships, we can forget the Olympic Games. In Serbia, people don't want to hear about it," said Pesic.
