Patrick Schick: I imagined just such a goal
25 years ago, Karel Poborski gave Portugal a spectacular goal when he lobbied Vitor Bahia in the quarterfinals of the European Championship, and now the same magic has been repeated by Patrick Schick.
Schick was only five months old when Poborski scored the goal, but now he is waiting to be talked about because of the fantastic goal against Scotland. Chic scored his second goal literally from midfield after noticing that Scotland goalkeeper Marshall was far from his goal.
- At least three times in my head I imagined exactly such a goal because in the first half I noticed that the goalkeeper wants to come forward. I kept looking at where he was - said Chic.
This angle of Schick's goal is mad .. 🤯

Interestingly, Schick reveals that in the past he did not want his father to watch his matches.
- I did not like him in the stands. He would interfere so often that when I did something wrong, he would cover his face with his hands and shake his head. When I was 12 we played in a tournament in Prague. My father shook his head again and shouted something. I turned to him and showed him my middle finger. That moment changed my mind. Then I realized one thing: Who plays football here, my father or me? Of course I - says the Bayern Leverkusen striker.
