We are ready with the request to the president to submit a complaint to the Constitutional Court (SC) for the annulment of the elections of October 27, Krasimira Katincharova from the Velichie party, a member of the 50th National Assembly, announced to journalists, before submitting it to the presidential institution. The party announced that they are submitting the request to the Public Prosecutor, the Council of Ministers, the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Katincharova indicated that they will also invite all political forces in the previous 50th National Assembly to support their objection to the counting of votes.

"Their support will be absolutely indicative, as well as the actions of the president, as well as the actions of the Constitutional Court, as well as the actions of every institution that we will refer to today. Any commitment to the main institutions in Bulgaria shows whether they belong to the status quo or stand on the side of the people who were lied to once again... "Velichie" is not trying to move in the parliament, we are working for the principle, to protect democracy," added Katincharova.

She indicated that more than 100 people worked around the clock for ten days to review all the video recordings to cover as many violations as possible and to document them so they could present them to the president and the Constitutional Court accordingly.

"Contrary to the order of the Central Election Commission, which prohibits the replacement of the entire composition of the sectional election commissions (SEC), we found that in the Varna region, in more than 400 electoral divisions, on the day of the election, the composition of the CEC was completely changed, while it was done by three political forces - GERB, "DPS-New Beginning" and "Prerodba", she pointed out.

Nikolay Pankov, a candidate for People's Deputy from Velichie, said that the material for their request is about 300 pages. 4.800 sections were checked, a quarter of the electoral units in the country. According to him, they determined that about 500 votes were taken from Velichie, reports BNT.

Krasimira Katincharova said that they will support the request of "There is such a people" to cancel the elections. Regarding the objection of "Rebirth", she commented that the party of Kostadin Kostadinov did not ask for caching of the elections at all, and only yesterday they discussed it in order to join the general chorus.

The Velichie party lacked 0,001% to pass the electoral threshold of 4 percent to enter the parliament, i.e. 21 votes. They received support for canceling the elections from the civil association BOEC, as well as from the civil initiative associated with the MIR party, which left the coalition with the BSP due to the politicians associated with Deljan Peevski on the lists.

President Rumen Radev criticized the elections, declared fair by the official cabinet, but did not demand their annulment or a recount of the votes.
