Pandov: In Shutka prison there are parts where there is no fence, if someone intends to escape he can escape
The director of the administration for the execution of sanctions, Aleksandar Pandov, said that the prison in Shutka must be immediately fenced off because, as he says, only a person who does not want to leave will not leave it.
- In the prison "Skopje" or "Shutka" as it is known, there are parts where there is no fence, or the fence is low by a meter - a meter and a half. Simply, in that prison only a person who does not want to leave will not leave it. If someone intends to escape from there he can escape, he said.
Regarding the detention department of the "Shutka" prison, as he said, "If you tie up a dog there for a short period of time, it will lose health and brain and everything."
- There are cells there that are subhuman, not dignified, so I have not seen that on film. In certain cells that I entered, I now cringe, it is beneath all human dignity and it is a shame for us as a country that we have allowed this in particular. They had seven years to fix it, it's terrible, creepy, to bring you in there, a normal healthy person with three clean heads will give way in a short period of time, Pandov pointed out.
