Osmani spoke with the ambassadors of the EU members, on the agenda of foreign policy developments

The latest developments on the external front, with an emphasis on our EU agenda and the holding of the Stabilization-Association Council for the first time in North Macedonia, the meeting within the framework of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue in Ohrid, as well as yesterday's visit of the head of German diplomacy were the topics for which Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani spoke with the ambassadors of EU member states accredited in the country.

- The holding of the Stabilization and Association Council last week for the first time in Skopje, as well as the holding of the meeting between the Serbian President Vucic and the Kosovo Prime Minister Kurti in Ohrid, is recognition of the new role of North Macedonia in the regional context in the direction of preserving regional security and prosperity. , promoting the culture of dialogue and the EU perspective of the countries from the Western Balkans, Osmani said.

According to him, this intense foreign policy agenda is a confirmation of the European future of the region.

As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting also discussed the next steps regarding Macedonia's accession process to the EU, with special emphasis on the successful implementation of the screening so far, the need to adopt constitutional amendments as our obligation, the current challenges within the framework of the presidency with the OSCE and the holding of the third edition of the Prespa Forum for Dialogue.
