The Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani, Today, there will be a speech before the members of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Assembly of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, chaired by MP Antonio Milososki from VMRO-DPMNE, on the course of talks and overall relations between the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the Republic of Bulgaria.

Asked whether the opposition in the coming period can condition the agreements with Bulgaria with early parliamentary elections, Osmani answered:

- I think that it would be unserious for such an issue important for the citizens to be conditioned by some daily political issue and some party interest. I think we would lose anyone who tries to link a strategic interest with a party interest. Citizens can identify it and they will punish it, I am convinced. Regarding whether to go to the Assembly, I can reiterate the view that my approach was not like that, I think we should respect what the Assembly has once adopted and ratified as an agreement and we should implement that agreement. certain phases, said Osmani during his visit to the Utrinski briefing.

He explained that the Bulgarian side insists on whatever the two countries agree to go to Parliament.

- This is what our people from here are looking for, the opposition, various political opponents are joining this position of Bulgaria. Here it is, we will go to the Parliament, it will be ratified if that is the request, Osmani is decisive.
