The postponement of this process, especially arbitrarily, unnecessarily, and without a decent explanation, represents a deep political handicap for the foreign policy and for the realization of the country's strategic goals, Osmani writes in the urgency addressed to Milošoski and the President of the Assembly.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy Antonio Milososki refused to comment on the accusation of the head of diplomacy Bujar Osmani that he brazenly abuses the Rules of Procedure, does not schedule a meeting and blocks the election of new ambassadors. Osmani addressed to Milošoski a formal urgency to stop boycotting the foreign policy and strategic interest of the country and to schedule the session for the defense of the theses of the future ambassadors as soon as possible.

- The non-scheduling of the session of the Commission for Foreign Affairs represents a flagrant, I can say brazen abuse of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission and in general of the participation of the Parliament as a separate body in foreign policy - Osmani wrote on Facebook.

He points out that the presentation of ambassador candidates before the Parliament has a special political and social role in the entire process of sending ambassadors abroad. It is the last step of a long process, in which not only elected representatives, but also citizens have the opportunity to directly see and hear their future representatives abroad, not only explaining the theses, but also how they answer all the questions.

- The postponement of this process, especially arbitrarily, unnecessarily, and without a decent justification, represents a deep political handicap for the foreign policy and for the realization of the country's strategic goals. But at the same time, it creates additional challenges for the candidates themselves: problems for their families for their timely resettlement and accommodation in the host country. It creates problems for the education of their children, who cannot enroll in school on time. It creates problems in the organization of the work of the diplomatic missions themselves, which have organized their work, expecting the new ambassadors to take their positions. That's why today I once again addressed a formal urgency to the president of the Foreign Policy Commission, Antonio Miloshoski, to immediately stop this boycott of the foreign policy and the strategic interest of the country, and to schedule the session for the defense of the theses of the future ambassadors as soon as possible - he writes Ottomans.

Osmani addressed the letter to Milošoski and the President of the Assembly Talat Xhaferi. According to the Rules of Procedure, a session of the working body is convened by the President of the Commission, in this case Milososki. If the president of the working body does not call a session when he is obliged to do so, the session is called by the president of the Assembly. But in this case, the session on the theses of the new ambassadors has already been scheduled and interrupted, and therefore only Milososki, as the president of the Commission, can schedule the continuation.
