A group of men on 11 May in a group entered in casino on Kachanic road and tried to steal bet. According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, they attacked a person who was playing on appliances fortunately, they started beating him, asking him to give them to them money. After the victim resisted, they forcibly dragged him to one booth, continued to beat him and persuade him to come out of the casino with them.

To defend himself, the victim took a chair and threatened to throw it at the suspects. At that moment, the first suspect took it out pistol from the belt, rehearsed it and threatened to kill the victim. However, the assailant refused to leave the casino with them, and suffered bodily injuries from the blows inflicted.

"There is a reasonable suspicion that with the stated actions the three suspects committed the crime of robbery. The first suspect also committed the crime of kidnapping. Considering that the legal grounds have been met, the competent public prosecutor submitted to the judge of the preliminary procedure from the Basic Criminal Court Skopje a proposal for determining a detention measure for the first suspect. "Of the other two suspects, one has not yet been deprived of liberty, while precautionary measures have been proposed for the other," the PPO claims.
