Orbán spoke to Meloni and Morawiecki ahead of a meeting of EU leaders

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met today with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, with whom he discussed the results of the elections to the European Parliament, Orbán's spokesman, Bertalan Havashi, said.

Havashi said that Orbán and Meloni also discussed issues related to the European right and the tasks before the European Council, which gathers EU leaders, as well as Hungary's upcoming presidency of the EU Council, reports MTI.

"In Brussels, Orbán also talked with the former Prime Minister of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, about uniting the European right," Havashi added.
