The Municipality of Chair will financially help buildings get energy-efficient facades

In order to improve living conditions and reduce energy consumption, the Municipality of Cair is implementing a project for energy efficiency in collective residential buildings. As Mayor Visar Ganiu explains, the project envisages that 30 percent of the investment for a new facade will be financed by the Municipality, and the rest will be provided by the tenants.

This initiative aims to help communities reduce energy costs and create better living conditions. In addition to collective residential buildings, we have also successfully completed the implementation of energy efficiency measures in all primary schools and kindergartens in the municipality, thus ensuring a safer and more efficient environment for our students and children – Ganiu posted on Facebook.

According to him, the application process will be conducted completely transparently, through a public call, which will ensure equal opportunity for participation for all interested tenants.
