The Municipality of Centar will engage with its available capacities to help the teams that intervene to extinguish the fires. Help in resources and support to deal with the fires that are raging throughout the country were the topics of today's emergency coordination meeting of the mayor of the Municipality of Centar, Goran Gerasimovski, and the municipal headquarters for protection and rescue, held together with a representative of the Crisis Management Center.

At the coordination meeting, it was emphasized that the situation on the ground is alarming, for which the Municipality of Centar, in the direction of mitigating the consequences and helping the rescue teams and volunteers on the ground, will provide help through donations of water and refreshments.

The Municipality of Centar immediately contacted several socially responsible companies that immediately offered help in water and drinks and their transport to the places where the teams that intervene in the fires are located, Gerasimovski pointed out at the meeting.

The Municipality of Centar appeals to all citizens to behave conscientiously and responsibly in nature during the upcoming holidays, when very hot weather awaits us, and to avoid grilling and lighting fires outdoors.
