The German national team player passed the medical examinations today, after which he signed a five-year contract with the "Nerazzurri".

Under the agreement between the two teams, Gossens will spend the first 18 months on loan, and then Inter will have to pay between 25 and 27 million euros in damages. It is not excluded that with possible bonuses, the amount may reach 30 million euros.

The defender is currently injured, he has not played since the end of September due to tendon problems in his leg, and a comeback on the field is expected next month.

Gossens should not be the last reinforcement for Inter in the winter transfer window, as he is about to sign a contract with Genoa for the transfer of Felipe Caicedo.
