- 100 g of ketchup or ajvar
- 2 cups sour cream
– 100 g of ham
- 150 g of yellow cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 pickles
– 50 g of marinated mushrooms
Cut the ends of the toasted bread and arrange 6 pieces on the dish on which you will serve the cake. Spread them with sour cream, grate some cheese, then arrange the slices of ham on top. Spread another thin layer of sour cream over it, then arrange the next row with the toasted bread.
Spread it with a mixture of ketchup and 100 g of mayonnaise, grate pickles and mushrooms over it, then arrange the next row with the toasted bread.
Spread mayonnaise over that row, then grate cheese and 2 boiled eggs on top, then arrange the third row with the toasted bread. Top with a mixture of the rest of the mayonnaise and decorate with rounds of ham and coulis or to your liking.
Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool the salty cake well. When you are going to serve it, cut bars (cubes) of the desired size and enjoy the wonderful taste.
Warning: For this delicious and decorative dish, you can use ajvar instead of ketchup, and you can use another cured meat product instead of ham.
