It is a real pleasure when young people want to show what they can do, what they can do and what they know how to create. It is a real pleasure ѝ when they selflessly want to share their skills. Such is the story of the young chef Davor who again decided to share with us the secrets of his kitchen.

Want a quick pie with potatoes and leeks? We are sure that the answer is "Yes". Who would not want something fast and so delicious. This combination is great, and the pie itself is prepared quickly. And for the taste, as Davor says, he is sure that you will like it…

Ingredients needed

500 g pie crusts
4 medium potatoes, grated
2 profession leeks, finely chopped
Salt to taste
300 ml of acidic water
50 ml of cooking oil
A pinch of baking powder

First fry the leek in a little oil and season with salt. Set aside to cool.

In a deep bowl, grate the peeled potatoes (live), and then strain them from the excess liquid through a kitchen towel.

Add the potatoes to the leeks and stir the filling until combined.

In a bowl, mix together the cooking oil, pastry and sour water.

Next, take a peel and sprinkle it with the liquid and sprinkle some of the leek and potato filling.

On a thin rolling pin or the thickest knitting needle, fold the crust into a roll and when you transfer it to a baking pan, fold it in so that it has a rough look.

Repeat the procedure until you have used up the filling and the crusts, and pour the excess liquid on each crust of the pie. Bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.

Fun cooking ordered by Davor!
