Prosecutors in Italy have asked for a maximum four-year suspension for Paul Pogba.

Paul Pogba is suspended and does not play football after failing a doping test, but it is not yet confirmed how long the suspension will be for the French footballer.

The Frenchman tested positive after the match against Udinese in Serie A, and now the prosecutor in the case has asked for a four-year ban from football. If Pogba had accepted a plea deal, he would have received a lesser sentence, but the player rejected that option.

In case the four-year sentence is confirmed, it will probably mean the end of the career for Pogba, who is 30 years old, but also serious problems with injuries, due to which he was often out of the field in recent years.
