After the information that snakes appeared in certain parts of Skopje, and even in the strict center of the city, the Municipality of Karposh reacted today. As reported from there, there is an ongoing action to install "Repelent", a means of prevention, i.e. protection from snakes.

It is a natural product that is harmless to humans, animals and the environment, which contributes to reducing the appearance of reptiles. The appearance of reptiles is the result of the increased temperatures in the Skopje valley, as well as the widespread vegetation. This situation is characteristic for higher places in the municipality, such as Zhdanec and Trnodol and settlements bordering a forest area - say Karposh.

From there, they explain that the product contains the extraction of essential oils from herbs and trees, and it works in such a way that it spreads the smell of fresh fire, thereby repelling snakes from approaching a certain area.
