Today, a large number of colleagues and associates said goodbye to Meshkovski through social networks, including the famous actor and showman Igor Dzambazov.

"Goodbye, my dear Bear. Does this have a name? This sadness… Memories explode through my head. Plays, movies, series, radio dramas, the legendary Hihiriku, stalls, sofras, songs, guitars, endless games of cards in the theater. And a lot of booze. "That I knew you, that you accepted me as a son, and that you cheered for me even when you shouldn't have. See you old," wrote Igor in his emotional post.

Meshkovski's home stage was the Drama Theater - Skopje. He has played roles in many theater plays ("Wild Meat", "Thessalonica Patrdia", "Hamlet from Dolno Gastani"), television series ("Macedonian Folk Tales"), radio dramas and comedy series ("Hihiriku") and feature films ( "Weekend of Deceased"). He also lent his voice during the dubbing of cartoons (Gargamel in "The Smurfs"), and he is also known for the role of Santa Claus in Christmas plays for children. He is the winner of several awards, including the "Vojdan Chernodrinski" award for life's work.

The sad news about Meshkovski's death for Free Press confirmed the presenter Sanja Savevska, who is a long-time close friend of the Meshkovski family.

"Uncle Dimche died peacefully in his armchair while he was with his wife. He left peacefully, as he had always wanted, and his desire was not to be taken to doctors anymore. Now I heard from his daughter Natasha who was in America with her parents and her sister until three weeks ago. I have said on several occasions that he was like a second father to me, as a child I went to acting classes with him and we remained friends until the very end," Sanja told Free Press.
