An irresistible cake with pears and almonds that the whole family will enjoy
Surprise your loved ones with this wonderful cake with pears and almonds.
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 100 g of crushed almonds
- . Baking powder
- 3-4 ripe bulbs
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- almonds in petals and powdered sugar for decoration
PREPARATION:
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Pour over the lemon and set aside. In a bowl, whisk the butter and sugar with a mixer, into the creamy mixture, then add the eggs one by one and beat. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder and add them to the mixture until lightly mixed with a spatula. Put the mixture in a pan lined with baking paper, then the pear slices on top of it. Sprinkle with almonds in petals and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
