Someone sanded the words "Bulgarian Fascist" off a monument dedicated to the Bogomil March

The mayor of Chaska Goran Stojanovski yesterday he reported to the police that the memorial for the participants in the Bogomil march, which was part of The February campaign of the People's Liberation Army of Macedonia during the Second World War, part of the text on the plaque, i.e. the words "Bulgarian Fascist", is damaged. published "Thelma."
The memorial plaque is located above a health facility in Jasenovo, on the old road to Prilep. It shows that a tool, probably a sander, was used for the damage. Police teams went to the place and measures are being taken to clear up the case, according to the Ministry of the Interior. The incident was reported yesterday at 16:45 p.m., although there were announcements about the vandalism on social networks before.

The Ministry of Culture told Thelma that the monument is not registered as a protected cultural heritage. As a monument, the Municipality of Čaška is responsible for its maintenance.
According to the Law, damage to memorials or memorials is a crime punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to three years.
