The quarrels between Muaremi and Ruskovska do not subside, both of them accuse of pressures

After today the Financial Police and its first person, Arafat Muaremi, they filed a complaint with which they complain about the action of Vilma Ruskovska, the prosecutor for the prosecution of organized crime and corruption Wilma Ruskoska assessed that the complaint from the financial police puts pressure on the prosecutor's office and the court.

She for Deutsche Welle stated that the petition was sent as early as last Tuesday, just one day after prosecutors began the search of the state institution. The fact that the information is shared with the public a week later, according to Ruskovska, represents a direct pressure on their work in the open preliminary investigation.

"Given that the petition was submitted last Tuesday to the prosecutor Joveski, I consider its publication now in public as a direct attack on the prosecution and the court," says Ruskoska for DV.

After the prosecutor's statement, Muaremi spoke again:

"Even when I was writing the announcement, I was aware that Ruskovska would abuse the word 'alleged pressure' on the institutions, but still, prosecutor, protecting my rights and the rights of the Financial Police Authority from unfounded and illegal actions and reaction to the competent authorities is my obligation both according to the Constitution and according to the laws", reacts Muaremi.

He says that in the order for search at the Financial Police Authority the qualification was "founded suspicion", and Ruskovska said in her reaction today that "they were only checking allegations after a report". "Such a measure and qualification is given when the evidential material is already available," says Muaremi.
