After seasonal illnesses, you will recover faster if you pay more attention to your diet. It does not matter what you eat if you have had the flu, the common cold or taken antibiotics.

During the cold autumn and winter days, you can easily catch the flu, cold or a more serious infection. But, if you pay attention to the diet, you will strengthen the organism faster and you will bring it to a normal healthy state.

After the flu, eat red meat and take vitamin C. Your body needs protein to recover. Therefore, eat 100 g of meat for lunch and dinner all week after the flu, and as a result, you will no longer feel muscle weakness. Red meat is rich in iron, but it is best to eat chicken, fish and eggs alternately.

Of course, cooked vegetables are recommended, especially cabbage and spinach. Also, every morning, drink freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice with breakfast, and after lunch sweeten yourself with a maximum of four cubes of chocolate that will provide you with the necessary daily intake of magnesium.

Fermented milk and nuts should be consumed after a cold. To boost your immune system, you need zinc, omega - 6 fatty acids and probiotics.

Every day, you should find at least one product rich in zinc on your menu, ie cheese, eggs and meat. A handful of walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, or two tablespoons of sunflower seeds will provide your body with a daily dose of omega-6 fatty acids.

If ten days after a cold, you drink probiotic-fortified yogurt every day and eat five meals of fruits and vegetables, you should not be afraid of a cold this winter.

However, if you have had to be treated with antibiotics, eat rice, carrots and bananas after your treatment. To heal the stomach, eat products for several days whose transit through the intestines is slow, such as banana, carrot, blueberry compote or juice, and bananas. You should also drink two to three yogurts a day to restore the intestinal flora damaged by antibiotics.
