The rush for vouchers has subsided, the hype for cheaper inverter air conditioners is growing
The legal entity, apart from the sale of high-efficiency inverter air conditioners, must guarantee that it will be installed at the address indicated in the voucher-certificate of the persons whose name and surname reads the issued voucher-certificate, which is expected to prevent abuses by reselling the received vouchers.
The process of awarding vouchers for the purchase of inverter air conditioners has been successfully implemented, the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources states, after points for awarding the vouchers that citizens applied for in February this year were opened at 30 locations across the country yesterday. two categories: for energy efficiency and for the protection of vulnerable energy consumers.
-During yesterday, more than 90% of the value vouchers were distributed in the Employment Centers across the country, and in Skopje and Bitola, where the awarding took place in SC "Boris Trajkovski", i.e. sports hall "Boro Churleski", 79% and 64% were distributed. from the provided vouchers. Given the number of value voucher winners from these two cities, as well as in Prilep (at the Employment Center), the vouchers are awarded at the same locations today. At the moment, there are no queues at the three locations and the process is proceeding in good order according to the expected dynamics, the ministry emphasizes.
The winners of the vouchers, who are not able to pick up their vouchers today, will be able to do so from Monday, until the end of November, in the premises of the Ministry, which is located at the beginning of Macedonia Street, opposite the Museum of the City of Skopje, informs from Energetika.
According to the public announcement, the vouchers can be spent on the purchase of inverter air conditioners in 42 legal entities and their subsidiaries. Most of them are from Skopje, but there are also five companies from Bitola and five from Kumanovo that trade in highly efficient inverter air conditioners, as well as legal entities from Strumica, Gostivar, Tetovo, Prilep, Kočani, Kicevo, Ohrid, Dojran, Sveti Nikole, Demir Hisar and Radovish.
The legal entity, apart from the sale of high-efficiency inverter air conditioners, must guarantee that it will be installed at the address indicated in the voucher-certificate of the persons whose name and surname are on the issued voucher-certificate, which is expected to prevent abuses by reselling the received vouchers. A Commission will be established in the Ministry of Energy that will check whether the process runs according to the agreements concluded with the legal entities for the fulfillment of all obligations before the payment of the value for the sold value vouchers for inverter air conditioners.
According to the announcement of the used vouchers for the purchase and installation of high-efficiency inverter air conditioners, the merchant will be paid the value determined as the product of the number of used vouchers for those persons whose value of the purchased and installed high-efficiency air conditioner is equal to or greater than the value of the certificate- the voucher, while for the rest of the users whose actual cost for a purchased and installed high-efficiency air conditioner is lower than the value of the receipt-voucher, the Ministry of Energy will pay the actual amount.
On the Macedonian market, you can find inverter air conditioners at prices from 25.000 to 100.000 denars, and the vouchers awarded are worth 23.000 or 25.000 denars for energy efficiency and from 27.000 to 30.000 denars for vulnerable consumer groups. The additional payment if the price of the device is higher than the value of the voucher is made by the holder of the voucher, and if it is lower, it will be considered that the voucher has been fully used.
In total, vouchers were awarded to 6.182 households, of which 4.591 households were awarded for energy efficiency, and 1.591 households as a vulnerable category. They will have to spend the vouchers by November 30, and the household law requires not to pay too much, so the cheaper inverter air conditioners offered by the registered merchants for working with the vouchers of the Ministry of Energy will be spent first.
