Marinated garlic is a delicious winter food that goes well with stronger winter food on cold days. Garlic from a jar is easy to make, and prepared this way can be stored for months, the only important thing is to keep it in the refrigerator after opening.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of garlic
– 200 ml of white wine vinegar
- 200 ml of white wine
- olive oil if desired
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
– basil, parsley
– a few hot peppers
– 10-15 peppercorns
Preparation:
Peel the garlic and set aside. Put wine vinegar, white wine, chopped parsley and basil, peppercorns, salt in a pot and cook for ten minutes. Put the peeled garlic in the boiled vinegar and cook for another ten minutes at a low temperature and let it cool.
Put the garlic in the jars, pour 2/3 of the vinegar in which the garlic was, the peppercorns, then the basil, then finely chop the parsley, basil and peppers, add them to the jars, then add olive oil to the end, so that the garlic is completely to be flooded.
Close the jars tightly. It can be kept for several months, but after opening it must be kept in the refrigerator.
