Elon Musk's eldest son changes gender and name: Breaks all ties with billionaire
The transgender daughter of Ilon Mask applied for a name change in accordance with her new gender identity and because:
"I no longer live or want to be associated with my biological father in any way, shape or form."
A petition for both a name change and a new birth certificate reflecting her new gender identity was filed with the Los Angeles County Supreme Court in Santa Monica in April. It has recently come to light in some online media reports, writes Reuters.

Her new name is covered in the online document. Her mother is Justin Wilson, who divorced Musk in 2008.
There is no further explanation for the gap between Musk's daughter and her father.
In May, about a month after submitting the name and gender reassignment document, Musk voiced support for the Republican Party, whose elected representatives backed a series of laws that would restrict transgender rights in states across the country.
Musk addressed the issue of transgender people choosing their preferred pronouns, tweeting in 2020:
"I absolutely support trans people, but all these pronouns are an aesthetic nightmare."
