The most expensive apartment in Serbia in the past three months cost 1.22 million euros, and the most expensive garage space cost 73.000 euros

The most expensive garage space in Serbia, in the first three months of the year, was sold in the Belgrade municipality of Vracar at a price of 73.000 euros, the Republic Geodetic Office announced. As far as apartments are concerned, the most expensive square meters are those that have been built - Belgrade on the water.

In the RGZ report on the state of the real estate market in the first quarter of the year, the apartment for which the most money was allocated in that period is located in a new building in the neighborhood of Belgrade na voda - 1.226.888 euros and has an area of ​​188 square meters.

"At that location, the most expensive apartment per square meter was sold in the first quarter of 2024, for 10.350 euros per square meter," the report states.

The most expensive house was sold in the municipality of Savski Venac (City of Belgrade) – for 3.182.000 euros.

"The most expensive square meter of office space was traded in the city municipality of Vračar (city of Belgrade) for 11.500 euros, with an area of ​​20 square meters, and the highest agreed price of an office space of 3.098.790 euros, with an area of ​​332 square meters, was realized in Belgrade Municipality Savski Venac".

As for agricultural land, the most expensive square was traded in the territory of the City of Novi Sad (cadastral municipality of Rumenka) at a price of 50 euros per square meter, for a plot of 1.096 square meters.

The most expensive agricultural land in the Republic of Serbia, for which 2,2 million euros have been allocated, is in the territory of the city municipality of Palilula (City of Belgrade) and has an area of ​​115 hectares.
