A total of 921 drivers were fined during today's action control conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) on the territory of the entire country for sanctioning vehicles moving at a speed greater than the permitted speed.

Of them, as informed by the Ministry of the Interior, 37 were moving at a speed over 50 kilometers per hour more than the permitted speed, and four at over 70 kilometers per hour more than the permitted speed. At the same time, 461 drivers exceeded the speed limit in the town, and 460 outside the town.

The Ministry of the Interior announces that the traffic controls will continue in the coming days and appeal to all road users to respect the traffic rules and regulations in order, as they say, to jointly contribute to safer roads.
